i choose to interpret it as erin struggling with her own internalised homophobia (doesn’t make it okay, of course) and i think there are a few other moments throughout the show like these ones that could possibly show her attraction to girls as well as boys so i don’t particularly think i’m forcing anything. but like i said, that’s just how i interpret it and i understand if others see it differently.

I'd say James gives off more bi vibes. He acts more like the girls and will dress as one and has worn makeup. But James and Erin are meant to be together and no one can tell me otherwise
