I’m trying to push myself to do it. I’ve been natural for 8 years and at the beginning of this year I called myself trying to blow it out and will press it. I damaged it so badly and I always bleached my hair once a year and never had any problems. So I’ve been depressed trying to hide it with braids but after I take it out I’m right back to square one. Especially after washing my hair it’s so saddening to me. 😣

I hv been slicking on going to the gym to I really enjoy weight lifting the Drs think I hv tendinitis in both my hamstrings

Yes! I definitely have to dedicate to conditioning and recovery more because since not doing it as much my body is more achy and prone to injury

Suggestion? Gray bath mats to match your shower curtains would brighten up your bathroom 😊. You're such a hard worker and take such good care of yourself and your belongings ✌🏾😉. I'm so over all of the "Buy everything, all the time!" channels 😝
