Thanks for this. I have the same pump installed next to my hot water tank. Occasionally we have noticed the pump continues to run after the shower or bath is turned off. It will run for another 10 minutes or so. Is this normal? If we've turned the shower off, surely there is no 'call' going to the pump to turn on?

hi there, useful and informative video, just installed new Velis 50 litre version in our place in spain, all good an appears to be working as it should, however showing fault code A6 on the display,, trawled through the various manuals on line but cant seem to locate or interpret the code, any advice welcome, many thanks, paddy

Just fitted a nibe f730 exhaust heat pump and what an incredible thing it is...the comments about the radiator temperature is so true. I've seen radiator temperatures as low as 30 degrees and was amazed that actually keeps my property at its desired set temperature of 22 degrees . None of this up and down and peaks and troffs in the room temperatures .

Now, going through all of these Chancers, you never get Paid & they all take a cut, so the Installer is doing it for Peanuts & might not even get paid his Peanuts!!!..........As Installers, you need to be only one step away from the money, working for Umbrella MCS Companies, that pay at least Fortnightly. As for training; there’s nothing new in Heating, only different heat generators.

Plse what type of screwdriver do you use to turn the shaft? having E3 error on my 6-months old installed unit hep optimo (n) for underfloor heating. Armstrong's manual/instruction (left by installer) is very poor, only says "vent screw to unblock shaft manually, restart pump" with no explanation. The shaft is well inside the casing behind the vent screw and not accessible. thank you
