You’re fantastic! 💚 How many years of practice did it take you to get to this level of skill, if I may ask? I gained some weight in 2022 so now I have to lose it before I can get back on my hoop; before then, I had only been practicing for a few months and it was difficult because I didn’t have the upper body strength to even lift myself into the hoop. 😕😞 I have an apparatus set up outside with my hoop still dangling off of it but I haven’t been able to use it in so long! You should be so proud of yourself! 💕
