i have deleted the complete logs from the device after backup but there is showing error during marking the attendance. error is that, "Failed to verify, Error: Data can not be saved" . Please advice me what i do? my device is ZK Teco Uface 800 plus

How to delete the enrolled fingerprint. Only? Is there any way? Like they have 4-5 fingerprints enrolled for attendance but I want to keep only 2 fingers enrolled. And delete any other fingers for attendance
