Hello I love this exercise program. I do have question how many kcal this exercise counts. I was working out twice or three times per week. That work for me well I’ve lost 6 years ago on this step 15 pnds in 3 months. Thank you. Trying to lose again weight with this step program I only do this one cz easiest one. Another ones I could not do it too fast for me.

Thank you so much. I had a total knee replacement just six months ago. I started doing step with your video about two months ago. I feel stronger and more limber. You're great...especially when you offer alternative options to doing a particular exercise. It makes it easier to get over the fact that while I am not yet there, I will be if I am patient with myself.

Get yourself a panel carrier. They're like 10 bucks at harbor freight. Or if you want to get bougie get a panel cart. It looks like 2 wheels with a small channel in between so you didn't drag the plywood on the ground

Do you know what the exercise is called when you pump your arms hard as possible as if sprinting, while marching in place fast, but trying to stay on the ground? Seems like a fantastic arm focused low impact aerobic exercise but I can't figure out if it has a name.

Please reach out if you have any more questions. But essentially, on your mobile device, open the app and find the community tab at the bottom. Click on community and there you’ll see different channels. Click on the “workout challenges” tab and this month’s challenge will be pinned to the top, with a link to the calendar.

Question: when you come off the step, do you fully place your foot flat down or do you step on the ball of your foot. I noticed that i can keep up when i dont fully put my foot down to keep pace with her. Is this what most people do? I dont use the risers yet.
