Me and my friend struggled to find him as well. I don't know if this helps or not, but what worked for us and made us finally find one was to travel further away from the spawn area. In our experience, the further away form spawn you are, the higher chance of a Vegvisir spawning. Might just have been a coincidence, but you could try it out. Good luck!

My friend and I looked for Yagluth for weeks. When we finally found... him? It? we were well prepared and defeated it easily. It was only later as we were filling in little unexplored pockets here and there that we discovered we were within sight of a Vegvisir numerous times and just overlooked them.

@SaveSlotsGaming: Why did you quit at 26:07 because player 2 got 4th place it would not have cost a retry, so you basicly quit by accident, just like I mention in the previous comment on what could happen.

@SaveSlotsGaming: one tip, even if you fail the first race, do not used quit, used retry, because using quit mean the cpu will not analyze your prefermence, so that is why you will always keep failing, using retry, the cpu will still have the memory of your previous prefermence, and will go easier on you, because that is how rubber band works. Also if you have the bad habbit of clicking quit, you will fail on the last race of the cup, and click quit, and you would have to restart the cup from the beginning by total accident.

@SaveSlotsGaming: the one who play as Bowser in Koopa troppa beach, you are guarantee to not do well when your not useing your item, because if you don't used them you can't have another item that is better, You probebly did not know, but if your 8th to 5th place red shell will follow the road, as long as you do not toss it to close to a wall, this emulator it is like they have a 5 or 6 memory expension pack, in this official emulator. I remember when I got my N64 and it only have the basic jumper pack memory, the red shell only follow the road for 8th, and 7th place, but when I place the expension pack and put the memory at 4, it made it so 6th place the red shell follows the road.
