Amazing! I've had the realization this past week that forgiveness of myself is what I need to be able to truly accept and love myself and I've been avoiding it all my life. More specifically my son was telling me about a trip he wanted to go on in a sketchy country and I instantly thought of his safety but I have to remember he is a soul here for his own experience so momma bear had to recoil and allow him to do what he wants to. Thank you, yes. I think this relates to my 2023 work environment. Super toxic. It took me a good 6 months to consciously work through the PTSD. I got out of there alive. It's time to try and make peace with it all now. ✌🏻
