Congrats on getting fresh meat for the family. First muzzleloader I ever shot was a 54cal years ago and took a nice doe in WV with it. Good luck next season and be thankful for our blessings 🙏

I dont remember an exact time I waited but I know it was a few days later. It’s been on there over a year now and no issues yet!

Have you ever used that scorer on carp filet ? Im just wondering how it would work?

Yes I have on some smaller carp. You have to cut it down in sections for it to score them. This little one doesn’t handle them all that well. I do have a larger, heavier one that works better on the larger fillets. Seems that any larger fillet like a big carp will need cut up in small strips for it to work on them.

Not you don’t have to have the fuse box but you would want protection by a fuse to protect your accessories. You can just wire an inline fuse holder on your power run to each accessory.
