What i started doing is cold start everything and over shoot the temp into the 300s so the jar comes to 240 fast then i drop it back to 240 to maintain and ride it out. Ill do a review soon. I just keep learning new things.

Heat gummies 15 seconds to 30 seconds until melted and add oil and a little lethicin. Keep stirring when it starts to cool reheat 5 sec to get it the consistency you want it to be to pour or continue mixing it. If you heat it up too much it will burn thats why i say 5 seconds on small batches.

I decided to start making my own a few years ago for all the reasons you listed and your videos definitely help me along the way. I am now a loyal subscriber. I find that tinctures are the most efficient way to go. They help dose much easier, and have a way better shelf life than butter.
