You need to tuck in that wing so it cooks evenly.. I recommend the pan below chicken, so steam help cooks it. Doesn't need to be touching, as long as the steam in hitting it

Why are parents so pressed to get their baby girl's ears pierced at such an early age???? We know they're girls!!! Why not wait til they are old enough to decide for themselves, know what to expect before they have to endure yet another painful childhood experience, (like vaccinations, for example)???
