Good question but my dear tennis rolls always have spices in my recap tennis rolls inorder to give tennis that good taste and favor lemon oil lemon zest nutmeg and essence inorder to get that taste ok thanks for watching my channel

That is a good question. I don't know how often you feel your baby .You can start with 2 oz with every feel. Remember, it's dependent on how old your baby I do. I hope this help a little
