@@padawan_flamingo6895 We're sorry it's not holding up! The weight limit per arm is 19.8lbs, but they're usually packaged at reduced strength and have to be adjusted. Have you already adjusted the spring tension in the arm by turning the adjustment screw on top of the center joint clockwise? The monitors do have to be VESA mount compatible to fit. What's the model number of the monitor that isn't fitting?

Yes, this arm will hold the Dell 4320Q monitor. No adapters are needed.

The original tilt joint of the monitor is built in where the post attaches to the monitor, so it's free to tilt separate from the movement of the mounting adapter. We'd recommend having the adapter positioned so that it's straight up or has a slight backward tilt, and then if you ever want to change the tilt of the monitor, you can use the built in tilt joint instead of adjusting the whole assembly with the adapter.

The plate is pretty stiff and difficult to move on its own, but once the monitor is mounted, it's typically much easier to straighten out.

Yes, the minimum weight is 1kg to 2kg depending on the arm. if it's springing up with the strength turned all the way down, additional weight will be needed behind the monitor for the arm to function properly.

@@jessicamizhquiri6870 The S39C hasn't yet been officially tested, so isn't in the listed compatible monitors for the adapter. It should fit based on the info I've found for that monitor, but the MOUNT-UVM01 universal adapter will definitely work if there's any concern.

I have the same one I contacted their customer support and it works for the LC27RG50

The included screws are threaded for use in wood and wood composite desks. The length is 3/4", and the thread diameter is 7/32".

The tray does not have angle adjustment, but the arm can swing under the ceiling plate for mounting to pitched ceilings.

It's a "keyhole" design to make assembly easier. With all 4 screws partially inserted into the lower clamp bracket, the screw heads fit through the large holes in the clamp base and then all slide down into the smaller slots, where they can then be tightened.

When correctly adjusted, you can move the monitor down with a touch, and it will stay where you set it.
