5.7 Mode Door Green Setting Fail Safe/Secure Operation In this paragraph, the failsafe/fail secure operation of the door lock and the Door Lock Strike Release time are set. Setting the sounding period for the siren feature requires a BL-D40 External Sounder. To set the failsafe/secure operation: 1. Enter Programming mode. 2. Press 6 to enter Menu 6. The Mode indicator flashes green. Mode Green Door Mode Door Green Green 3. Construct a code using the following instructions: First Digit For fail secure operation, the first digit is set to 0. For fail safe operation, the first digit is set to 1. Second Digit Siren time, enter any number from 0 to 9 (minutes). Third and Fourth Digits The Lock Strike is to be released after the number of seconds entered (1 to 99). For example 0 5 1 2 means: fail secure operation (0), with5 minutes Siren time (5) and a 12-second Lock Strike Release time (12).

I can't add the readers.. I am not given the same option when you added the Access group twice with the green plus button. The new access group does not have a green plus button when I click on it.

facing issue the biometric is not getting recognized immediately , after 6- 7 errors it is getting recognised few readers are not all recognizing ..please suggest do we need to clean up database frequently , if yes how do we do ( i was doing honeywell winpak but now i got a cusotmer with rosslare please advise )

how we should connect this reader to our controller "Wiegand 2 Doors IP Access Controller EX-AS02" ? we connect it, but it doesnt work...we tried to configure it through the "access control managment" software, but there is no ability to do that...even through extended settings. maybe there is a pairing code? or this reader should work with controller after reader is connected to it? thank you

We use AxtraxNG software and Rosslare panels at our university. We cannot delete the network and panels we have added. Do you have any idea about this?

Hi, I have an AC-825(IP) panel that I recently updated the firmware to this version ac825v02_07_40, and I installed AxtraxNG 27.5.7.16, but I have an error thar keeps showing “SD failure: S/N# 957426050, Error 2", I've already formated the microSD card, and I replaced it with other 8Gb microSD and I keep getting the same error, do you know what is causing this?

I am trying to move my AxTrax to a new computer but everytime I try to backup it says "Selected directory isn't local". I am using parallels to run windows 7 on a mac could that be an issue? If so how do I get around this?

David, In this two car, two floor scenario, a valid card read in car 1 will enable the users floor rights in both cars. This could lead to an unauthorized user in car 2 being able to select floors for which they are not authorized.
