Is the battery you removed in good condition? The back cover of mine was coming off (I broke it trying to remove it), I thought it was the battery that was inflating (although by gently squeezing the cover, it closed well) but when I opened it the battery looked like The one in the video, a little rounded and a little soft (I thought they were hard like plastic) so I don't know if it is in good condition or should be hard. The phone works perfectly and the battery charges well and lasts all day. It is about 3 years old.
