Showing how to treat impairment under Held for Sale Assets (like Property A) would have been great. And also 'further impairment' after the year end (not really sure if I'm correct here) But hey all the same great lectures, using different standards to answer a 'single' question.

To be able to properly calculate impairment, you need some pieces of information. This question is essentially an IFRS 5 question first and foremost, so the question’s requirement (especially for Property A) was geared towards IFRS 5.
