Brittany look up foods that are high in lectins. Those are bad for you psoriasis. Its mainly night shade vegetables . I have psoriasis I stop eating vegetables or very little of it . But Take your vitamins . My psoriasis is doing much better . In two months if does not clear 95 % I will get the shots . Have faith pray exercise and try to slow down with the sugars. God bless! Also do your research on leaky gut!

Stop eating vegetables with high lectin if you can or eat very little of it. Do glutamine powder and a good probiotic. Do you research lectin.

Brittany, just watched your videos re your psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. How are you going? ive just started taltz. i had psoriasis since young then ps arthritis at 35. i first went on methotrexate. anyway love to know how your travelling. regards Jodie from Downunder. Australia!
