I got my arb front bull bumper a few days ago for my 04 D2 . Now I better understand the drilling you speak about, this make my 6th arb front bumper, and none of them needed drilling , so I have figured out the easiest way to drill the holes on bumper I put paint on tip of bolt ran it through pre-drill hole to mark where I need to drill then I drill holes before placing on D2 then used a white marker to mark where I need to drill I drilling a pilot hole then used a step drill on bottom and top this was extremely easy to make sure hole are align perfect then all bolts when in effortless and I'm installing headlight washer sprayer on bumper and installed my terrafirma 12k winch and arb intensity soft and flood lights and oem fog light now the D2 taking on a whole new look soon I be ordering the tall and long front-runner roof rack and in spring I'm ordering 2 gullwing windows from explore-glazing if you like to see one in action on Instagram his user name is pixel.rover he has a green discovery with many viedos the gullwing I'm interested in is the one that folds down into a table and glass open for access to that area or you can add a enclosed panel with shelves but when ordering you pick your style only information only if interested I'm building a overland discovery and any interesting products I usually look to see that style good day

DUDE!! Thank you, this was SOOOO Helpful! One thing I encountered - that thingy you pulled out at 7:00, I could not get the left-hand side back into the mating groove no matter what angle I tried to slide it in. I ended up pulling out the "square beam thingy" that runs across the whole car. Didn't take long and the part slid right back in. Costco item 1624800 is AGM, same capacity as the original capacity and type as my original, so I was able to use my Ancel BM700 to register the change. Apparently that reader won't let you change the type/capacity, so a slight moment of panic there... But it worked out in the end. Oh and at 6:25 my "good old days" involved throwing my 1/4" drive metric sockets in my 1998 Rav-4, driving to Costco, and changing out the battery in the parking lot. Sigh.

On faded oxidized black paint try Eastwood plastic resurfacer matte black aerosol, works excellent it brings dull to new in seconds I used it check it out on KZbin and you have your answer, I also buy from Atlantic British, and lucky 8 the difference is on many lucky parts are cheaper and free shipping and rover parts has many oem parts im thinking about fender flares 2 different brands both require drilling or cutting off metal terrafirma easy just some drilling but flexi fender flares look nicer but way more modifications I'm not willing to do both has viedos on KZbin so I might go with terrafirma much easier install

I took one look at this and decided to pay the battery supplier to do it for me. They have a fixed price of $35 for cars they can work on, and it took them nearly an hour. It was probably the best $35 I spent this year. I once changed an entire clutch on a 1977 Datsun Cherry (only a 12mm socket was required for the whole job) in less time than it took them to change a battery on a Countryman. Man, they really don't want you to work on your own car.

I custom ordered a '21 JCW manual and the rev-hang was so atrocious, I got rid of the car after about 9 months. It truly ruins the manual transmission experience.
