One question guys - I am doing rehab for LEFT knee so do I follow Nathan exactly or just always use LEFT as pivot leg for exercises .... ? 🤔Simon

Hello! Thanks for all the online content to help continue recovery. I really benefited from doing the lower limb class 1 - 6 videos before, but I can't seem to find them anymore. Would it be possible to make them available again, or something similar? They're a huge help!

How should we progress through the classes? Should i do class 1 for a certain amount of time before moving on or can i just alternate the classes as and when i fee like?

These exercises are changing my life. I do 3 classes a day with 2 prolapsed disc awaiting treatment. I feel so much better and managing the pain better. Thank you.

I went to Flint house in 2010 and was really impressed. Prior to it being removed from retired members it was limited to one week per year, all inclusive. Is that still the case under the new arrangements?

When I retired I was told it was going to cost me a fortune to attend Flint House as a retired officer, even though I had paid into it for all my career. Has this now changed? Does it only cost the £5 a month?

I have been to Flint House as a serving and retired police officer,. The staff, facilities and treatment are second to none. A really great place if you do need it at any time.

Great. I was so disappointed when I retired in 2015 that FH had been taken from Narpo. Reassuring to have it in the back pocket again!

I'm still following this class. going thru the routine every couple of days. My balance has improved considerably. The swellling on my knees varies but I am sure this class is helping. Thanks

Bit late on the comments but just wanted to say how brilliant, useful and motivating these are. I've been continuing to struggle with lower back after my stay with you guys back in winter 2019 bit having these classes to dip into and try to keep up the preventative training is superb. Please keep it up as these classes are brilliant. 😎👍
