Bland yet ugly at the same time . Apparently the strata/developer nearly went broke so couldn’t afford a good interior designer I guess Will suit the type of aesthetically challenged person who would choose to live in this building

the first thing you feel when you enter the apartment is... you are entering an apartment with the sheer lack of space.. coming from someone who lives on 2 acres in Dural round corner northwest Sydney.. crazy

Ugly building. Poorly designed and laid out apartment. Dark and dreary. No way does this justify the price.

Nice apartment, in one of the ugliest buildings in Sydney though. Sticks out like a sore thumb and is totally at odds with the local environment. So much more could have been done with the site.

Monstrosity of a building, terribly designed interiors, about 200 stairs to get to the beach, and a lot of words that speak to features but no benefits.

Nice apartment, but $3M for 2 beds in that location is a joke. It's in Surry Hills not SoHo, NY.
