Thank you for the well-made vlog. And by the way, the music selection is fantastic. Good taste here too…

Have some of the shops/vendors moved over to the new part of Tsukiji Market or is that area just the new fish market with no retail shops?

Why do fools use Chinese music in Japanese videos?

Wow! That is a nice clip! Good photo, editing, music and text. Well done. I have lived many years in Fukuoka, Japan, but have ofc been to Tokyo too. One of my good Swedish friends have family since the late 1800´s in Tsukiji and Tokyo. They did import/export and also manufacturing. Their HQ in Tsukiji was demolished in the 1923 quake, but they built it up again. They are still there, but now more Japanese than Swedish, all kids born there since +100 years have both Swedish and Japanese names. My friend has many souvenirs from there, netsukes etc. I have a few too. The fish market is amazing and the quality superior. I recommend tourists to visit. Over the years I have learned that Japan does not have to be expensive at all and not for the quality one gets, not even Tokyo. Where I live now, in Bucharest, Romania, some foods and fast food etc are more expensive than fine stuff in Japan and no good at all, sry. Yeah, mentaiko is king in my book, but I lived long in Fukuoka. The matcha latte looks great! I used to have it all the time in Mosburger, but this looks much better. You know foods, I can understand. Sorry, I can not comment on the sweet stuff, I have never eaten any in my life and will never, that is just me. The sushi and Koromi sushi and the other places look absolutely great and great value for money. I have a good friend, a biker, who runs a family sushi shop in a suburb of Fukuoka. It is getting harder and harder with prices getting up and that one always have to have everything fresh. Easier with beef and chicken that can be kept in the fridge. I have a feeling that sushi will be more scarce in Japan, at least at "normal" prices. Sushi in Europe is mostly ridiculous, made by Chinese people and with a tiny sliver of Norwegian salmon and lots of cucumber and maybe avocado and mayo. They have no clue of what they are doing. I do not eat that. I make my own sashimi rice bowls with fresh fish from the Black Sea. Ok, I have forwarded the link to my Swedish friend who have family in Tsukiji, I hope he and his wife go there one day. Thank you for a great clip, arigato!

retro games/consoles/handhelds charms from temples magnets family mart socks nail clippers chef's knife prescription glasses snacks/chocolate tozando iaito (dull katana for practicing iaido and could also be a good display piece - wish I did this one at kyoto) luggage specifically at ginza karen (for more space for souvenirs) 7k yen only for a huge check in luggage! cheaper than Donqi too.

Traveling with kids: Please make sure you're standing behind your kids on the left when using the escalator. Please leave room on the right for people to pass. (I have encountered so many parents just bluntly blocked the whole escalator with their kids!)

I looooooved your video, specially the unboxing of each product, thank you for sharing. Question, is the Kira Kira Don Quijote tax free also? At the Mega Don Quijote, you can buy in all 8 floors but for the tax free deal you have go pay in a specific floor, is that correct? Thank you in advanced.

Thank you for another great video🙏🏻A couple of follow-up questions: 1) In the video, you mention that in Donki you've spotted some KitKat flavors that you are not used to seeing. Not sure if the same happened when you saw the Pocky display, too, but I was wondering what flavors you were referring to. I think I would prioritize purchasing those rare flavors at Donki, if I know which ones you're talking about :) 2) Someone else who commented earlier mentioned the Donki mascot. Does the store permanently sell merch for their mascot, or is it a temporary thing tied to their Bruno Mars promo? 3) For the mascara remover, is that the only brand that makes such a product in Japan, or is it just the only brand available at Donki?

Hello thanks for sharing places! I have a trip to Japan in one month going to Tokyo n Osaka. Do you have any tips as a person who doesn’t know the language? I have anxiety and might walk around lost and trying to communicate to go where I need to go.Also do they take international cards to pay for food/neccessities? Thanks again!
