Put the hit on Collarus and put him out of the playoffs. Cuase Bombers are gambling with no backup QB.

The biggest question is who is the backup for the Bomber if Collarus goes down. The Bomber does not have Steevler . That is the achilles of the Bombers. The rest of the teams have good backup at QB.

It'll be interesting to see where Tre Ford lands next season. I think the Stamps will be going after Vernon Adams full tilt but will have Tre as their back up choice. VA is a quick fix and still has a few good years(if he stays healthy) but Tre is the future for Calgary around which to rebuild their team. Depends how that club will want to face the future - rebuild or mostly status quo. Sask 's Trevor Harris may retire if the Riders lose in the playoffs but the Riders have Patterson as his heir apparent who is good enough to be their franchise QB. Edmonton stays with MBT as he has shown a lot of good things for that team. The Bombers' Collarus is still good showing top form in the latter half of the season but O'Shea needs to be thinking about when his contract runs out and possibly his retirement after 2025. Tre may like the Bomber solid organization most of all and may be willing to be Zach's understudy transitioning to starter after 2025. All the eastern teams appear to be set at QB. It's been a long time since the CFL has been this rich in QB's - a good dilemma to be in! And finally, the playoff picture in the west comes in focus this weekend - let's play some football!

Dunk let it go, Rourke isn't who you think he is this season. He's been garbage most of the time. Next year will be different but this is and always was VA's team. I get that he's your buddy but Nathan looks beyond overrated at this point this season. I'm sure that wasn't the case before but it certainly is now

Respectfully Nathan is not a better QB than VA. We have seen eight games of film from Nathan this year. He has thrown 4 TD 9 INT and a 3-5 W-L record. Beating Calgary and Ottawa both are bad teams. And a Montreal team where he threw 1 TD and 3 INT. Come on don’t be bias.

No way Oliveira should win it this year only 3 TD's. Should have won it last year tho. I agree Milligan Jr. is a good pick. I would think McInnis more then Oliveira. I think its a 4 player race BLM, Milligan, Beverette or McInnis.

The most important result of BC's win and VA's great performance was the renewal of self-confidence and hope for the team. There were a lot of smiles and banter at the BC sidelines -guys were having fun finally, like a boys' night out on the town. The Lions do have enough talent to win in the playoffs but in the previous 11 games they didn't appear to have any cohesive motivation. It was also uplifting for the BC fans- those in attendance showed it and the players felt their vibe. Is this enough for Lions to win on the road against two hot teams? It has been done in the past but does the momentum continue for BC? VA is playing well but everyone will need to play great to make it to the Cup.

I blame Campbell for handling this the wrong way this is and always has been VA's team this season. I felt he was disrespected when Rourke took his roll when he was ready and healthy. VA has chemistry with the offense and the team rallys around him. Rourke should of been backup when VA was health period. VA has been cheated. He could of brought us a home playoff game I bet. Rourke is next season VA is now.

If the Lions gets spanked by the Als today, it could be devastating. I would not want to see the chances for the Lions in playoffs. If the Als play all their starters, I see the Als squeezing this one out.

Great podcast as usual. I would expect that in their last two games both the Tabbies and the Stamps players and coaches will be playing for the jobs for 2025 now. Having said that, the games should be wide open affairs with players having fun. And I will like to see Bo get his 4000 yds mark in entertaining fashion - yes I still think that he is still a good candidate for MOP nominee in the east and a possible winner overall. The Lions are in much the same mode as the Tigercats and the Stampeders. Their past performance in the last 11 games does not instill a lot of confidence in their chances of winning another game this year, even in the mean nothing game with Montreal this Saturday. They have problems at all levels, especially at coaching. A complete rebuild around Rourke as their franchise QB is required, starting now.

Will the Stamps stop fighting with each other. Dave takes a seat and allows Craig to become the new head coach. Bonner should go back to playing the drums and beat his own drums at QB.

Good podcast guys. Everybody on the Bombers team and coaching staff need to have a gut wrenching sickening feeling that if they lose in Montreal, they let a team who they beat twice handily, back into first place and host the west final. The Blue and Gold need to honour their fans, win in Montreal and make up for that last home game loss to Toronto. Letting the Riders get first place by easily beating the Stamps, who are playing what amounts to a pre-season game for them, would be a travesty of the highest order. This is statement time for the Bombers! Go get first place - it's yours !. As for the Lions, it doesn't matter who they play at QB. This is a team that is bad at all levels, that needs to be looking right now at a rebuild for 2025, including the coaching staff ,especially. Everyone should now be playing for their jobs. The Montreal game is a mean nothing game so you might as well play VA, Brice and every other guy on the roster. And, based on their miserable performance in the last 11 games, they will not win a playoff game. So, the Lions 2025 pre-season gets to start early, just like the Stamps and the Elks. But at least the Elks get first pick on the 2025 draft.
