Pressing the set button once and follow the same instruction worked for me. don’t hold the set bottun

This helped !!!!! I was initially pressing the set button for a couple seconds and it wouldn’t let me change it but when I only clicked it once and fast it allowed me to change code ! Thanks for the tip !

I had the same issue with the Master Code not being able to be reset to a new one. I tried a dozen times and kept getting the flashing red. WHAT DID HELP: USING THE PHYSICAL KEY TO UNLOCK IT... Then proceeding with the instructions in the video. I kept failing with my new personal master code of only 4 digits... But entering a new 6 digit code worked! Hope this helps anyone with the red flashing errors.

Thank you,, this lock was giving me a headache until l followed your directions. The added difference for me was using the key to unlock and using a six digit code ....... 🙂

Mine too just keeps flashing Red after pushing 4 and unlock key. Have done it with door open, door closed, faster, slower....same result can't change master code.

My M19 just flashes red after I input the master code and press the unlock button, my locks basically useless if any thief can just input 123456 unlock.

I did the same thing. I get first code to work to set new master. Then I hit 4 and unlock. And flashes red....
