If you not a Chiney, you can't make top fried rice. I peep a Chiney when he cooking and I learn he Chiney secret. High heat over open flame in wok, burn sugar plus aginimoto (MSG) you rice too big already, the rice is suppose to be small grain Chiney rice, scallion and fry egg. Nice try though buddy

Nice. I first fished that outer when I was 10 years old. In fact, I think it was the pier next to that one which was knocked down by a hurricane back in the late 70’s.
