So a genuine question here. I know you said a cuck is a man who unknowingly raises another man’s child but, would a stepfather who steps up to the father role figure be considered a cuck in a way? ..

I would have to agree, even with the Alpha or Dominant male being out of the picture long before the step father shows up, the Step Father has now taken the financial responsablities of the child which the female admires more so, before the female was bred, you could even say that back when the new hubby probably wouldn't have even been considered as a date to the female. She is pregnent, Bull dips out, hello guy with a career, it's nature.

There is no positive black culture tho. Title should just be black culture and remove the negative part as it is redundant.

I think thats a cop out. Rappers rapped about murder and death and banging hoes since the 80s. The problem today is lack of parenting and the instant gratification of social media. If you raise a boy to be a man most wouldnt fall into these traps. Unfortunately today parents raise their kids like theyre perpetual children and it shows
@TheRationalRabbit110
@TheRationalRabbit110 Жыл бұрын
You see I thought about this too and you may be right, with social media and KZbin and all of this it exposes the younger generation to things like this quicker and parents do hold some accountability. But then again can’t you say that bad parents are also part of the culture not every parent is a bad parent but there are definitely some horrible ones out there.

This was a great analysis video. I will say, as an asian, I definitely had my... prejudices about the black community. I agree with most of the points brought up in this video, but also think that generalizations can get dangerous and are thin ice.
@TheRationalRabbit110
@TheRationalRabbit110 Жыл бұрын
Well look while these generalizations are dangerous. They do paint a larger picture about the issues in the black community. I do highlight the fact that not every black person follows fits these stereotypes or generalizations. There are some truly good people in this world

Ja morant is the epitome of what’s wrong with black culture. A young black man who grew up with great parents but having two loving parents isn’t “ cool” so he feels ashamed of it and starts to emulate a thuggish persona. Not only is it pathetic but it’s also just encapsulates what’s wrong with young people these days

Exactly. Everybody wants to struggle not realizing that those who really struggled fought for their lives to get out of those situations. He became something, be proud of it, if you feel in danger hire security.

Really good video, and you make a really nice analysis about the subject. Over here in Mexico, the people, specially the young ones, are glorifying "Corridos" which is music about being a narc (gangster), sleeping with women that already have partners, getting wasted, drugged and also acting so manly with a gun
@TheRationalRabbit110
@TheRationalRabbit110 Жыл бұрын
Exactly. It’s ok to listen to the music but to be oblivious and think that it’s a life worth living is actually insane. Let’s not forget some of these rappers don’t even live the lifestyle they rap about anymore they left that behind, while some of them never even lived it.

How is that the faling of the black community? It's their failing, stop blaming the actions of a few as a theme for the whole. That's a toxic narrative for the black community. Th culture is not a monolith, stop generalizing about it.
@TheRationalRabbit110
@TheRationalRabbit110 Жыл бұрын
Yes. I agree they bear responsibility for their actions. But you cannot tell me that we as a community don’t celebrate killers or having multiple baby mamas. Take young thug his music is amazing but don’t tell me when he got roped up everybody was saying free thug. That man committed acts of violence they out here killing and Robbing people but if you ask the majority of black people they would say free him. If you want I can give you multiple examples of this happening.

@@TheRationalRabbit110 some do, meaning individuals do so is on them. People act like only blacks glorify that. As the Italians, the Irish, the German, the Latin, etc. It's just humans. The races of people are not all in on it. There's different cultures within the culture. It's not so simple. I hope you are smart enough to not reduce the experiences of so many to the actions of a few within.
@TheRationalRabbit110
@TheRationalRabbit110 Жыл бұрын
Ok I know that there are those who don’t. Am one of them. But then again you agree that there are different cultures inside different races so what do you think black culture is in 2023. Do we not hear more negative than positive things about the black community
@kingmerlyn4615
@kingmerlyn4615 Жыл бұрын
@@TheRationalRabbit110 all cultures are mixed at this point within America. Like many of the overlapping diagrams. It is futile to say what the predominant behavior of one race when there is so much diverse behavior within. I understand that the media may portray one thing or another. Mainly the media likes to portray blacks as thugs or extreme victims. Neither is good. But that's not black people's fault. Also, there are so many variables at play that way I'm saying is simplistic. I hope you understand.
@TheRationalRabbit110
@TheRationalRabbit110 Жыл бұрын
Yes I do understand. The media does portray black people in a negative light and I do understand the way am thinking is just surface level. But I believe we can agree to disagree that while the majority of the blame lies on both Ja and Zion. It can be still said that there is a part of black culture that promotes this kind of behavior
