LOL a star, Pete? I need about 5k subs to even start to think I've accomplished even a smidge of stardom. We're doing it for fun. Now if people would sub in the right numbers I'll retire from Ma Bell and do this full time.

This is between blairsville GA and Cleveland ga, but this looks like Helen MTN, between hiawasse GA, and Helen GA, some ppl call it blood MTN to.

The mountain between Helen and Hiawassse is Unicoi Mountain .It is 30 miles or so between Blood Mtn and Unicoi . ❤

They inject tar into the cracks to keep the rain/ice from causing more damage to the road. When it's hot they get slick.

You're good for another 200K... My brother has an '02 Ranger with about 460K on it he bought new. It's using about a quart of oil every month and he's starting to hear the wrist pin, so it's about that time. Lol

Love the 1st gen Monte Carlo. I had a second gen 75 midnight blue with a rebuilt 71 350. Love the color of yours and just about everything done to it. I always liked the original analog guages though, as cool as the digitals are.

Thanks, I have had second thoughts about the digital gauges and the air ride, but I am going to leave it as is. I loved my 77. It was a great car. If I ever hit the lottery I'll find another 2nd Gen. LOL
