Did the wheels and suspension reduce efficiency?

Initially I thought so.. But since these wheels are bigger meaning that the Speedometer and odometer are not showing the correct value it oddly enough turned out not affecting the consumption at all 😅 I had the same consumption before and after

@danielbukowski you can adjust the diameter in settings. Any idea how much each wheel weighs compared to stock?

@@AlanTrades⁠You can’t adjust the outer diameter in settings. When you in your Tesla settings adjust from 19 to 21”, it’s only for the route planner to know how big of consumption it needs to weigh in. 19, 20 and 21” have almost the same outer diameter with the difference mostly being in wheel-tire ratio. The 21’s are bigger than 19 but not as much as 245/60R18. This wheel setup dwarfs the 21” Uberturbines.

Witam, mimo użycia transkrypcji nie udało mi się w pełni zrozumieć Twojej opinii i odczuć z jazdy po przejściu na sprężyny pro lift eibach. Mam je zamiar zastosować u siebie w suzuki ignis gdzie już fabrycznie prześwit wynosi 18 cm a te sprężyny podniosą go tylko o 2.5 cm. Ale nie o prześwit chodzi a o poprawienie komfortu jazdy po gorszych, wyboistych drogach jak również trochę szybszego przejazdu przez poprzeczne nierówności np. progów zwalniających bez głuchego łomotu zawieszenia. Proszę o opinię bo w necie jak mówiłeś jest zero takich testów na nie terenowych autach.

Hello, what do you recommend getting for the Tracer 9. I Was Thinking about HP8 or Gp3, but I fear that Gp3 will be too loud, what is your recommendation? Also when you say "mid muffler" you mean the Catalitic convert? So it's omologated as far as pollution goes? Thank you so much if you answer🙏🏼

The HP8 EX doesn’t have a Cat.. It’s just a mid-pipe between the headers and muffler with an additional muffler where’s the HP8 is a straight pipe between the headers and muffler. The HP8 EX is loud enough and nope, none of the Dominator systems have a cat.. The HP8 is obnoxiously loud and the GP3 would be plain stupid..

Whos is watching this video I would recommend to put the spacers from Mountain pass performance or T-Sportline. Spacers don't change riding comfort and don't make any changes in suspension. For those who installed lift springs from HR, they say way harder ride. It is just a physics

Did u have any issues with the fitting? Only reason I’m asking is I had one! The problem is sorted now though but going to be making a short video about it shortly so was just wondering if others had any issues?

I presume you mean the headers? They were color marked so they go in the mid pipe in the right order.. took me a couple of minutes to realize. Other than that, fitment was 10/10

It’s just my personal opinion - but the EX-version is loud enough, a tad under obnoxiously loud.. My friend rides the non-EX version on his MT-09 and that is just stupid loud.. To a point where it is just annoying to the rider and people around.. If you want to be offensive, go with the non-EX version 😅 This was filmed with an iPhone 13 Pro and the microphone definitely lowers the peak volume.

Better imo. I feel like the springs didn’t change as much as the fat tires did.. But the springs where not harder as many suppose 😅

I would love to lift my Berlin made MYP, and change my 21" uberturbines for 19". But i'm worried about tesla warranty... did you consider that when you changed the springs? Also here in Portugal i can't just exchange tire sizes because the MYP was only approved/certified with the factory tire size, if i change to a different size i need to pay a certain company to re-certify with the new size. It's absurd. I only ordered the performance because of the better ride quality, i did testdrive a LR like yours and found it to have a much harder suspension.

Well when modifying your car it’s always a risk when it comes to warranty. Fortunately, newer Teslas have very few issues with batteries and engines so it is a risk but a small risk. You could install a screen protector and a week later have dead pixels and Tesla, in theory, could claim your screen protector caused it, even though you and I know it doesn’t. I know at least one case where someone had issues with malfunctioning engines and he had lowering springs and Tesla didn’t mention the lowering springs, they just changed the engine on warranty but they could also make life hard for him. I’d say do it, don’t worry and if you have any issues, just put the car in stock springs before bringing the car to the service center and you should be just fine. Just do it properly. However I can’t guarantee you won’t have any problems but I highly doubt it.

The way I heard it works is that they won't honor the warranty if they deem the suspension adjustment was the culprit.

@@MidniteSon Basically yes.. And well, even though it’s unrealistic, I can imagine Tesla complaining about the angle of CV joint so yeah.. My Tesla is being put on coilovers next weekend and the stock struts are being fitted with the stock springs and put on a shelf so if something goes south, I might as well put it on stock suspension before sending it of to Tesla.

Dels väderrapport och dels ser du ju det på riktning flaggor, träd och vindkraftverk blåser mot.. En flagga t.ex. kommer aldrig vara utsträckt i motvind.. Om du nu inte fixerat den så
