I was there before year and a half. Three hours of trainspotting. One hour photo shootings and two hours just watching Nozomi's "flying" to Osaka and Tokyo. I'll be back!

On the Southwest airport information there is written that every Wednesday morning from 12:30 a.m. - 4:30 a.m. the Plane Train is out of service due to construction and that it will take about 30 minutes to walk between Concourse C and the Domestic Terminal. Will there be a full 24/7 service from July 2025 when the work is expected to be “substantially complete?

Southwest has it wrong, the train always shuts down late at night (usually from like 2 AM to 5 AM) even when there isn't construction. It has never been 24/7

Important thing to remember, the underground People Mover (subway) is OUTSIDE security while the Skyway above is AFTER the TSA security checkpoint. If you need to use the Currency Exchange to buy foreign currency before your flight, those are all AFTER security, so you'll want to use the Skyway, NOT this subway.

This people mover is helpful if you land at one terminal but your checked bags are off-loaded at a different terminal.

Moving onto the exchange track at 2:18:57. Before 1988, the line from here to Taylor was part of the MKT main.

I'm Arthur Bhutic. No train goes to IAH. While I really want this train and all other trains to be above grade level monorail 🚝! That's just like the monorail 🚝 in Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida! Too must be flood tunnels to be constructed along waterways to minimize flooding. Then this grade level trains be replaced by subway 🚇 trains that have flood doors and flood proof. I've rode a subway in West Metropolitan Washington, DC in Tysons Corner, Virginia. The Potomac River runs by and even if additional water runs on the Potomac due to meeting ice the Potomac has a flood tun. Too the subway has flood doors and flood proof.

I find it appalling arriving international arrivals cannot use the train to leave, while similar systems in Denver and Orlando allow this

Denver doesn't use the train for international arrivals. Intl flights arrive at Denver concourse A, and they walk on the bridge to the terminal (on a separate level than the departing passengers), the border checkpoint is located in the main terminal. I'm not sure what Orlando's system is but if intl arrivals are using a train, they probably have the border checkpoint within the airside itself so that passengers are cleared when they board the train.
