best tip: imagine the most important thing is not the number of surgeries you do, but rather the number of videos you watch of yourself (and others) doing surgery

Can I just say that this SUPER REFRESHING! This is really so rare to find someone so good and really distinguished in the field speaking freely and honestly about their journey without covering up any challenges or failures. Thank you so much for your inspiration Dr. Kitchens and thank you so much Bilal for making the time to share with us this amazing talk

Hello, I was very fortunate to have Dr Yannuzzi repaired my right eye from retina detachment in the ER at Bascom Palmer . He is a excellent Ophthomolgist, and humble combined. What a Great interview! Thank you Dr Yannuzzi for your excellent gift as an Ophthomolgist.

The University of Illinois had a storied history of being a rather difficult place to train. I personally witnessed a resident or fellow being shamed to tears on grand rounds. With the arrival of Dimitri Azar the culture began to change. Peter MacIntosh is a great resident advocate and the program would now be one of the best in Chicago! The new facility is awesome and the patient mix with the Millenium center and the campus is perfect for a balanced exposure to pathology and technology.

It is all bullshits . He always talk big , he failed a lot of his patients and I was one of them . I had a simple glaucoma of an eye , and was recommended by Optomitrist to him ? Visited him and his team for many years , from eyes drops to surgeries , I ended up lost an eye , now is completely blinded .. He is personally not a nice person as he was presented ? If I have to recommend for anyone . Do not do any surgeries of your eyes , only get worst !

As a super male feminist, I DEMAND equity and equal outcomes for all things between men and women. I want equal number of women in everything, so we need to increase women representation everywhere. More more women trash collectors, more women refinery workers, more women welders, more women AC workers, more women in combat rucking for 15 hours, more women in jails, more women everywhere!! Or is it the the nice comfy high paying jobs and positions of power they're looking for, and not the dirty or dangerous or difficult ones... How about we let people make their own choices as to what is better for them rather than enforcing quotas based on a person's genitalia.
