Hello, many thanks for your question. It depends what particle size you require, but in this case, we shredded to 25mm, achieving over 300kg per hour

We change the knives at our Untha once a week.... or turn the knives because they have several cutting edges. It also depends on what knife systems you use!

I think ca 40.000 KG is the Weight !!! Funktioniert sehr gut,aber nur wenn der Müll vorsortiert und zerkleinert ist....manche unserer Lieferanten nehmen Das nicht so genau,darum oft Metallteile drin....also Messer gebrochen,oder Ganz weg !Dafür kann natürlich die Maschiene nichts....der Untha Service allerdings is Top.....Grüße aus Brake nach Östereich !

How often are you needing to change(/rotate) the blades when shredding products containing steel like those rads with steel ends and the e-waste bales that seemed to have steel attachments?
