I have the same question! Could you please share how if you have already found out about it? To save the main image together with the segmented object for later reloading.

Hi itksnap-users, As explained in 3:41.... I would like to load different niftii images from command line, in tile view as follow: prior_timepoint [FLRnii-w/FLR(brainmask)nii segmentation ] prior_timepoint [T1nii-w/T1(mask)nii segmentation] current_timepoint [FLRnii-w/FLR(brainmask)nii segmentation ] current_timepoint [T1nii-w/T1(mask)nii segmentation] in short, is this tile view (explained above) possible w/ a command line argument, with the current itk-snap version? Thank very much, Rodrigo

Hi, I am a mechanical Engineering student. Currently I am doing my final year project. I need to use the MRI that I have to reconstruct the 3D CSF space, Is it possible to convert the file format to IGES by using other software? I have save the files in .mha, .gipl,.nifti. Thank you.

Also, setting a different origin is a nightmare. That cursor position illustrating the slice location is no bueno for acpc allignment. Using the image information got me a little bit further but still very hard to pull off. This tool has everything in place for this! Anyways, I do understand this program is made on a volunteer basis but hope to see this incorporated in future versions.

I think the gridline preferences for the registration aren't working as expected on Ubuntu 16.04. The thickness won't adjust below a value of 0.5 or even 1 maybe. This means that as soon as you press the 'interactive Tool' button, the gridlines are just obnoxiously blocking your view and it's hard o even see the AC or PC. It's a shame because this tool looks way easier to use than any of the SPM/matlab/Slicer options I've seen. Also, would it be an idea to add an 'opacity' option for the lines?

Dear ITK-SNAP team, thank you so much for this video and for your tools - they have been very helpful. I have been using them to segment resection areas on post-surgical structural scans. When using the classification approach (within the segment 3D) options, if you by any reason leave the opacity of the desired label to 0, after you select the bubble for initialisation, you won't be able to perform the evolution step. It will then force you to go back one step, change the opacity to a non zero value and going back again to the last step. I know this is a very small bug but I have found that it can however break the last part of the process - just wanted to let you know. I will continue to use your software and am looking forward for more developments! Best regards

Dear ITK SNAP, I need help with a problem. When I use this program on the original nii file which is in 4D it works fine, but when I average out all the values across all 4d k spaces volumes and turn it into a 3d matrix, it doesn't work despite looking very similar. The speed image stuffs up. Can you explain what could be going wrong, doubt its a classification problem as the image looks very similar.
