Had the same issue. Short on bbcpu line. Removed baseband cpu short cleared. Bbcpu was internally short. 😆

I bought those from my supplier in China. You’ll be able to find those on eBay as well now I think. They tend to go out of shape, but then again they are only a few quids each.

hi friend, have a iPhone 13 Pro Max, dropped it today while on a rush to the train, only back glass is cracked, cellular is not working, says that there was a cellular update fail and it cannot make or receive calls until it is updated, took it to apple, fixed glass, couldn't fix the problem, they suggest i get new phone.

Hi, if your phone is still under warranty and apple is not asking for ridiculous money to replace it. I’d suggest you have it replaced. If it is not and apple asking for over a few hundred quids then your best bet is to take it to a technician who knows his stuff and have it repaired. It’s an issue with the logic board. 220 degrees to separate and Join the motherboard. And 375 degrees to remove and replace the chip. It can however differ for different models of rework stations.
