Reset by holding the SET button in the battery compartment until it has finished initializing and beeps.

You may have it in passage mode. Press back button, then the unlock button, then the admin code, then 3 “System settings” then 2 to toggle “Passage mode” on or off (off in your case)

Yes. If needed, change the orientation of the handles using the hex key to undo the set screws.
