I love that they don't reveal the main point if the song you could draw several conclusions. It could be detachment from life, death, drug addiction, and many other things

You should check out Potions - Deliverance Remix by Puscifer. I've heard it's also a hold over from the tapeworm project that never got released.

you didn't really pay attention, but its ok. You said the bare generic minimum about the song. Don't fake it till you make it.

i started playing bass just a few years before this album was released back when i was in high school. to this day its one of my favorite songs to play on bass, just because of how simple yet complex the melodic structure. Maynard and the boys never sounded better

KITTY!!!!😍😻😻 Hey tell your cat I said "Pspspspsps" 😆 Yea Passive is in my top 10 APC songs. I remember when it came out my senior year of college. At that point I was young and stupid because I thought APC was FAR superior to TOOL (only liking Schism and Sober at the time). I feel like you can tell they really must have reworked this one from the original Tapeworm version, it sounds VERY APC to me with little Trent Reznor in there; a stark contrast to Counting Bodies Like Sheep which is later on the album and sounds like a straight up Trent composition 😬🤘(at least that's how I feel). Also, if you've seen the movie "Constantine" (which you might not have since that movie's 20 fkn years old now) this song is in one of the scenes when Keanu Reeves is walking through the bar.

“I don’t make the rules… I just make them up!” 😂😂 Excited to see you take on this journey! You HAVE to do the “From the Room Below” tracks. You will regret it if you don’t. Also, make sure to hit EPs One and Two and the singles “Jaws” and “The Way That You Were”. My personal favorite is their cover of Loathe’s “Is it really you?”.

Scott just has that voice that was meant for songs like these. While he could've theoretically gone country with the bit of twang that he's always had, and those distinct inflections, the power behind him is 100% rock. That became especially clear with his solo work, which is typically much heavier than Creed. I'm glad that people (myself included) have gone on to appreciate his contributions to the genre in recent years (Gen Z (again, me included) has attached itself to Scott and the musicians around him like glue), which seems deserved not only because of his talent (and those of Creed and his solo band, lead guitarist Yiannis Papadopoulos most notably) but just because he seems like a great guy after all of the struggles. Thanks for the reaction and kind words as usual Emp!

lyrics in English mean . Casually word but got deep meaning. Casually word that used as habit. Repeat it over and over. . Thinking that you talk but talking without thinking. Do you know that ruin someone life.~~ . * It's hurt as dying. Life getting into trouble. (Think as it's really good) . Simp and trust you. With the word that you keep abuse. * . ** Alway said Love you, Alway said Miss you. But you never feel, never understanding. Just ignorance, Just be blind. That someone feel like dying. The word that said without thinking. It's just like Posion. Make people into obsession. . Do you know what you did or got some thought. ** * There someone that suffer. Posion from human word.can be so potent * . Casually word that you said to me. Do you know what it mean. How important it is? . (*)(**)(***) guitar solo. . Your pretend haunt my heart. Make illusion vast like sky. Fill it out by who? Where is the truth lie? . Believe in your word then regret. What is real what isn't. Consider from deep inside. Give your time make decision(from the heart) . (**) Word that you keep saying. Deceptive love (your deceptive love) Make someone suffering...Poisonous of your word. - cr.@KaitoKaze2000 the song is about the lies and warn you to think twice b4 you trust someone's word

I would argue there is a ton of Deftones influence as well. He sings characteristically very similarly as well as II took a lot of inspiration from them.

There's not another band like Sleep Token. Vessel is by far the best vocalist I've heard in a very long time.
