Hey there! I do have a yoga mat and use it for my workouts, but when I film for KZbin, I prefer to take it out for a cleaner, more aesthetic look in the videos. Thanks for the feedback and glad you enjoyed the workout!❤️

Loved this thank you! Not sure if you get this question often haha but what kind of underwear do you usually wear with yoga pants? Any recommendations on types colors brands etc would be greatly appreciated ❤️

Thank you so much, glad you enjoyed the video! I usually go for seamless underwear with yoga pants to avoid any visible lines. One brand I really like is Oysho. They have great options in terms of comfort and fit. Hope that helps! 😊
