Some of these comments would probably hurt if she read them. She’s a real person who can read these comments if she wants to. Maybe think about that when phrasing them. I️ like this though. Different but interesting. She has good taste.

This cover removes all of the good elements of the song except the lyrics. Ellie is just not good at covering songs, she always seems to remove from them rather than add.

Jesus, this affected hipster pronunciation is so grating. Why do so many do it? They don't speak like this to their friends and parents, but the minute it's a melody they have to turn it into this pseudo Scandinavian speech impediment. Enough already.

Thomas Thurman-Rayas it’s probably a reaction to the discordant vibrato she uses. The inflections subvert your pattern expectations. I love it but I get it.

First I saw this and was kind of excited. Then I listened to it and remembered that goulding has a terrible voice and vocal style. This just has zero of the psych and progressive elements that make midlake so good.

I really miss this ellie before she met skrillex :( her unrelessed tracks are also very good acoustics wise and her voice is amazing. I'm just lucky that someone I know looks just like her with brown hair and has the same name and voice :) xxxxx I miss the old ellie goulding xxxx
