The downside to the A114 is enemies will see the smoke from the shots and call in an alert

the wu s pistol +sb does the exact same thing as this gun and has a permanent suppressor

The AM A114 RP ammunition disperses a small sleep gas cloud when deployed, which can be extremely effective against enemies wearing heavy armour. This type of ammunition is however ineffective against enemies wearing gas masks.

@@jaaerbn i just aim for the arms since all the enemies wear gas masks in my playthrough (for some reason ive never even used gas stuff)

@@screwnailboltyou can counter enemy use of gas masks by deploying a team to sabotage their supply.

This gun's very useful in the 'Bound Dragons' FOB event, where every guard has riot armor. It's the only reliable way to knock them out from a far-off distance. You need to consider your shots wisely though, since you don't get a lot of them. Also it's costly to use, so I never use it for anything else outside of this one specific purpose.

wait does this sleep pistol not need headshots to insta knockout? or were you actually hitting all those heads i couldnt tell because the sandstorm

you don't need headshots with this pistol to sleep unarmored targets, it has very high sleep damage .

@@chefhetfieldjust need to upgrade your sleep pistols all the way i think, or get the blueprint and have a high rated r&d unit

@chefhetfield First you need a blueprint from the FOB event that comes out from time to time and then it will be quite expensive to say the least..
