*1 and 2 is the bottom of the pouch consider it the 1st round or row 1. 1. Sk, 25ch 2. Skip 2 ch or start at 3rd ch, dc and use stitch marker, 21 dc, 3 dc in last stitch 3. You can sew if you don’t have hot glue. Hot glue just the faster way to be done.
