Starry Night puzzles are so hard. I did a different brand and truly under estimated it

It was definitely more challenging than I thought it was going to be when I started it. Probably one of the more harder puzzles I've done.

Me ....well started in December (Xmas presents from kids) ..work , housework , laziness , dad' s hospitalization 37 days , his death , mourning , sibling conflicts , work, family , housework, summer relaxation ...almost done about 80-90 pieces left. Very complicated.

This one took me about 2 weeks working on it for a few hours a day. The nature of the painting made for quite a challenging puzzle. For reference, a "normal" 1000 piece puzzle usually takes me about 4 or 5 hours.

Benjamin Lau I’ve had this puzzle for 5 years i cannot finish it’s too hard usually I can finish 1000 pz puzzle on a couple days but I just can’t with this one lol 😭

@@Randomlywatching Whether it takes a day, a week, or even longer, it doesn't really matter because it's not a race or a competition. As long as you're enjoying the process of putting it together then you'll see it through.

I bought this puzzle from Leamington but it's way more "square" shaped pieces... Not sure why. Is there differet versions of this? My puzzle lines arnt wavy like yours. It's more like a grid...

How long did it take you to do the puzzle? My family and I are doing this puzzle. It has taken us 3-4 month to do the half of it. What’s the secret

About two weeks. At some point I aligned all the pieces so the lines which make the gradient possible to all be in the same direction (horizontally). That's about the only advice I can give for this puzzle. The middle was the hardest for me to see so that's why I worked inward from the green and purple corners. Don't worry about finishing it quickly, the journey makes the ending that much more satisfying. Best of luck to you.

Is the piece-quality good? Would you recommend it?

The pieces are not like the cardboard that most puzzles are. They have a hard plastic feel to them which makes the pieces snap together well. The finished puzzle can be picked up by the short sides without the puzzle falling apart. Though, I wouldn't try this unless you are willing to do it again if it does, no guarantees.... The build quality is good, aside from my one dummy corner piece, but I'm guessing it's just an anomaly (which makes my puzzle even more unique and special!). I would recommend it if you're looking for a fairly challenging artsy puzzle.
