I thought Frank McRea running after Dillingers car screaming, MR DILLINGER, MR DILLINGER, TAKE ME WITH YOU MR DILLINGER, was a hilarious scene.

Memorable actor. Great human being. Starting Actors and Others for Animals...this alone....enshrined him onto a level others only aspire to. In his work on Voyage, in particular some of the scripts, he once said that the greatest thing an actor can do is to make something of nothing.

The Court Jester ranks up there as one of my top ten movies. I watch it 2-3 times a year. Something I rarely do with any other movie. I hadn't been born during most of his entertainment career, learning about him on weekend movie reruns on cable TV and from VHS movie rentals. I think it was the 3rd or 4th time watching it, that I stopped the tape and realized, one of the minor nobles who had just be poisoned was the actor who played Alfred on the Batman TV. Blew me away. That's the only other thing I ever had seen that actor in. And his two leading ladies, I knew them better for their roles from Marry Poppins and Murder She Wrote. Interesting to see them young and beautiful rather than older and matronly. Unfortunately, The Man from the Diner's Club was probably his worst movie. I couldn't watch it all the way through. He just seemed tired, going through the motions, his bits didn't seem funny at all, just sad. The Five Pennys was an interesting biopic that showcased Danny's rare serious acting chops as well. And his last appearance on the Bill Cosby show, playing the family dentist, I still remember fondly. It's one of the few episodes I still remember most of what happened in the episode without having to rewatch it.

Started to watch this. Dale never worked with John Wayne, Henry Fonda or James Stewart. It is obvious that you know nothing about Dale Robertson. I have skipped to the end. He was married 5 times and not 3 times. He never starred in The Man From Arizona. The least you could have done was to look up imdb and see the films Dale starred in. Sorry, but this wasn't worth listening to, so I didn't. Oh wow, Hawaii 5 0. Dale was never in this either. I'm not bothering to hear anymore.

She was fired from the show and was immediately killed off with the explanation that her character, Valerie Hogan, had died in a car accident/wreck 6 months prior to Season Three's first episode. They weren't hoping for her to come back. They wanted her gone...
