Awww! That sounds great! Ok, so the PCs are in clear danger. IF there was a illusion / distraction that would have been great! I wish they had a familiar or some sort of scry ability so they could have scouted the area before something crazy like that happened. So for those who are following along... Were the players stuck behind the barrier between 312 and 311 or did the Trolkin have a barrier set up at the previous map? Like at one of the entrances to big 304 room? Aww man- what an awesome fight!

I actually got some of these classes previously as PDFs and they are pretty well designed. the alchemist in particular looks like a to. Of fun to play.

So, no offense meant at all, but I've noticed you do a lot of 5e videos. Can you help me understand the draw of the system? I've tried it several times, and I just cant find the spark. I love Cypher, SWADE, Shadowdark, Knave, FATE, Call of Cthulhu, BRP, Cairn, and many others. But I just can't get into 5e. It feels bloated and like there is so much more overhead than there is "game".

No offense taken at all! I LOVE systems that are more nerrative driven like the Cypher System and Shadowdark. 5th edition is the game the vast majority of RPG players play for the simple reason that it is (was) Dungeons and Dragons. The rules kinda come like second nature to me so I don't find it bulky or anything like that...

@@MrTarrasque KZbin now has the policy that you must allow all video ads. You cannot block them. The thing is these videos often pop up right in the middle of streaming content disrupting said videos and rarely have anything to do with the creator's content. I'll look at ads that are directly relavant to you but I know quite a few that aren't. many viewers are looking for their favorite content providers on other channels. The problem is it is slow going.

@@bocconom I'm with you. I'm looking for alternatives, myself. In the meantime, there are ways to acquire videos from KZbin to watch on your own without ads. I cannot name them, but they should be easy enough to find.

@@AceneDean The problem I have found with alternatives is how limited they are with content. I subscribe to Rumble, BitChute, and Odyssey and I do have Ad Blocker but it isn't long before YT flags me. What have you found that works for you with the alternates?

Just got my GMG, and yes, it goes into more detail about item crafting giving similar sort of week by crafting checks to progress crafting.

Perhaps also forgotten to mention is that after a time window, the content can NOT be downloaded! So, it really isn't free unless acted on in first 8 days! Also account setup required. I registered my personal information for nothing!! Scam?

I signed up for this myself, to test it out, I always do that with stuff like this. I was able to just claim it and download it.... You DO need to make an account, that's true.

@MrTarrasque right. At this time, the first "secrtion" states "missed". The 2nd section is accessible now, but has a timer on it counting down 7 days. I take it all to mean that In a few weeks, the only way to get it will be to pay for it. Just FYI.

BACKED! Can’t wait to see what players make of the foci I have in mind: Channels Draconic Power! For those that don’t know, a Foci in the Cypher System = a Subclass in 5th Edition. Big difference is that any Character Type (equivalent of Character Class) can have any Foci. Where in 5E a subclass is limited to its base class. I’m designing this foci with that mechanic in mind so that anyone from Warriors to Wizards, Monks to Bards, and even Rangers, Rogues, and Artificers can use it.

I like the idea of taking a focus created by a backer but I also think it kinda requires being familiarized with the adventure, or at least the setting, to get inpiration. Or that's just how my brain works. Also I hope more bass segments you seem to be a great player.
