My girlfriend and I filled out an application online at mattress firm and ordered ourselves a mattress box spring and a beautiful blue velvet bed. The only problem is if she wants to return the mattress because it's too firm it's killing her back, the problem is we need to get a new leasing ID number but they are not answering their phones we keep getting disconnected automatically and we can't find any kind of a email address she wrote them through a correspondence they contacted her but it's not going through anywhere it's like we just read on Google today that they're in trouble already because somebody stole thousands of their customers names addresses router numbers bank account number social security numbers addresses and it's just ridiculous that this is allowed to happen it's like another Eron were the CEOs are drowning their own company and benefiting off of it but the rest of us are getting the shaft. I don't know what liability mattress firm has but they did have them as a trusting reliable source to get credit through and or to lease to own through and now we seem to be screwed over. Today my girlfriend filed online at the office of attorney general in Pennsylvania. Hopefully they can help us get Justice because if not mattress firm is going to have a hard time from thousands of people who got merchandise and were promised a monthly payment they could afford. On about 1500 or so of merchandise she has to pay back nearly double. The only people I found to contact at this company, JOHN A. BAUGH, CFA VP INVESTOR RELATIONS. [email protected] and MARK DELCORPS DIRECTOR CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS [email protected] They have no customer service no one's answering their phones there's no way to get them email we don't even know their address and I do know that up on Google it says that they're being sued or investigated? The mattress is only $441.00 more which comes to $2,16.00. so if you can count I shouldn't have to reapply I made it within the money they said I was approved to spend. So I don't understand why I have to reapply for $441. 00 more??? Is it me.. or are younger people just completely stupid from being raised on Facebook and Snapchat, and social media??? Duh.
