Useless. If the shoe is flat, then the carbon insole doesn't work, you need a rocker shoe in the front of it.

First advice buy from China for 10 dollars not amazon for 50. If you got hallux limitus or rigidious these kinda sucks cuz I don't care how good your normal insoles are they can not hide that you feel like your steeping on metel and your toes might not bend but the bottom of your foot.. the bone points.. you will feel every step painfully after 2 or 3km. Instead get shoes with the carbon plates built insole the actual shoe. Best price and cheapest is saucony pros any or anything in the endorphin line only. Most expensive and least comfortable for wide feet are hoka carbons .. toe boxes are narrow u like saucony. Random others nike zooms, some brooks shoes but not all of them. Random comment.

Can you heat that and mold it?

Carbon fiber flat insoles are not directly heated for use

I have flat feet, I can't see how that thin, rigid piece of metal would help me with my ankle, knees & lower back issues..

This carbon insole is less flexible, which can protect the bend of the injured toe and avoid causing secondary injury. Flat feet are both congenital and acquired. Flat feet make it difficult to walk and exercise for long periods. If the foot is fatigued for a long time, it is likely to cause inflammation of the soft tissues of the foot, as well as improper force on the joint site and cause pain. Flat feet can affect the development of the spine. In this case, you can control your weight properly, or exercise under the guidance of a doctor. The above personal advice, and professional advice you consult the doctor, I hope to help you

Hey man do you think this would be useful for basketball just for more jump height and bounce? So just performance not against injury or whatever ! Thanks alot

This insole is very flexible and can also be used for daily sports, but it is more used to relieve or transition after foot injury. If you are used for basketball, I suggest that you still use professional basketball insole: www.amazon.com/dp/B0CNG8KF8N?maas=maas_adg_73D16DDC40AFEB9E14D620074D09176B_afap_abs&ref_=aa_maas&tag=maas

This insole is different from the vktry one: 1. the poron is added to the heel for shock absorption and rebound. 2. Cuttable design. 3. the bottom carbon fiber is curved, not flat.

Does it affect the way you walk? Meaning do I need to change the way I walk around.
@lnn3542
@lnn3542 7 ай бұрын
It won't change the way you walk, it's just that the carbon fiber plate is less flexible and will limit the bending of your toes to protect them. However, the first day of use will be uncomfortable and there will be a transition period to get used to it.

What brand is it and how did it work out? I've got a sprained possibly fractured big toe, looking to get one

This is a Docarbonfi brand, carbon fiber insole is mainly to prevent the injured toe bending, can play a role in the recovery of the injured foot. However, the insole is relatively hard, and it takes a week to adapt to it at the beginning, and the time used every day should not be too long. Regarding the fracture of your foot, it is recommended that you consult a doctor before using it
