I’m so happy I stumbled upon this! We are doing Wizard of Oz here in St George. I still remember you looking at my resume and saying basically, “where’s the rest of it?” At that point I had only been in three shows, with forum potentially being my 4th. I’ve added 10 more shows since then.

I'd seen lots of actors play the lion, but I'd say you're the best of them all! 👏🦁👑👏 By the way, did that composer mean to mess with your tail?

Funny! I was in a production of Guys and Dolls in 2002 (when I was a Junior in High School), and they cast a skinny guy to play the part of Nicely-Nicely Johnson, therefore instead of someone telling him, "Get up you fat water buffalo!", he said, "Get up you skinny piece of crap...SHOOTER!" (it was changed to "Get up there, you!" when we were touring the show for the elementary school kids because we were having to use their gymnasium to do the show because the middle school was under renovations during the 2001-2002 school year) I was a Mission Band member when I was in Guys and Dolls playing the tambourine.

Look at you, you're lying there I feel your milky skin, caress your silky hair For all these years you've been with me I tilt my chin and what I see is Only you... Not feet or knees You grumble and I stumble Towards the Meunster cheese I'm in your spell, a chubby fool And anyone can tell You rule my world - my world - No matter what I do You rule my world 1:47 Harold Look at you - my life, my dream - My lady with the eighty-dollar Slumber cream The hundred-dollar haircuts The novelty appliances we never use And all those shoes You bought for when we go on The Alaskan cruise My boat is sinking, I don't care You're everything I want You rule my world - my world - You're everything I need Dave Anywhere you go I'll follow Harold Anywhere I'll follow you Dave Anything you want I'll give you Harold Anything at all Harold & Dave Anything you feel hollow, don't worry Harold I'll make you whole. Look at me And hold me hard A moment please, before they seize the Visa card 'Cause I'd do anything to keep you You rule my world Dave I'll swallow it whole Just take a look at me You never leave my side Why can't I let you go? Why can't I just lose - You rule my world Harold & Dave My world Dave Though I'm unemployed Harold A tad depressed Dave I'm overweight Harold I'm overdressed Harold & Dave There's nothing I can do, you rule my world Dave There's nothing I can do...

You know your problem, Billy? You ain't got no philosophy. It's like Dillinger once told me: "Remember, it's always the darkest just before they turn on the lights." There's an old Australian bush song That Melba used to sing, A song that always cheered me when I was blue. Even Melba said this bush song Was a helluva song to sing, So be quiet whilst I render it for you. When your instinct tells you that disaster Is approaching you faster and faster, Then be like the bluebird and sing, "Tweet tweet, tra-la, tra-la, tra-la." When you know you're headed for the jailer Don't allow the old face to look paler But be like the bluebird and sing, "Tweet tweet, tra-la, tra-la, tra-la." Be like the bluebird who never is blue, For he knows from his upbringing what singing can do, And though by other birdies in the boughs, He may be told that his efforts are perfectly lousy, He sings on and on till his troubles are through, "Tweet tweet, tra-la, tra-la, tra-la."

Gus was the Riverside California performance I don't think it was a national tour but it kind of looks like the Madison Square Garden sets and costumes but I must say this is so much better than the national tours as far as the choreography and the sets and the costumes and special effects

Trevor Ross Good eye! This was the Performance Riverside production that utilized the MSG sets and costumes. I had a great time doing it!

Was this a national tour? The reason I ask is because the sets of the costumes are so much better than the national tours we've been having
