In terms of power lvl technical kid buu would be the weakest but in terms of danger lvl kid buu is top of the chart. Look at it this way a nuke is way more devastating than a grenade but if its a grenade that already has the pin pulled then which is more dangerous? Buu-han is definitely a nuke which needs the launch codes to go off while kid buu on the other hand is a damn grenade with no pin just going off at the drop of a hat.

People think Kid is “stronger” because he’s 110% a crashout. That’s why he was doomed a “failure” cause his creator couldn’t control him. Once he absorbed others he also absorbed parts of there personalities also, giving him an ability to actually think and actually communicate compared to kid Buu. Kid Buus the weakest, but also most dangerous cause he a crazy crashout. Other Buu’s had some type of personality. That’s why Fat Buu was cool w Satan. Fat Buu had a Kai in him to atleast make him a lil nice/innocent. Idk why it wasn’t obvi to ppl during the shows first run. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Buu actually got weaker with absorption

gotenks's fusion ended within super buu and then he absorbed gohan so buuhan is basically super buu+gohan as adding picolo,goten and trunks did less in razing super buu's power level and goku ssj 3 was even thinking of defeating that version and yeah buuhan was way stronger than kid buu as goku stood no chance against buuhan but he admitted thay as a full power ssj3 he could easily beat kid buu so there it is

Where as Kid Buu is basically at maximum from start and does not care for anything, and unlike other Buu's he can learn other abilities without absorbing them such as instant transmission. While goku does say "is he getting stronger?" after leaving Buu's body, its because his true power is just not being restricted anymore.

Only reason kid buu was more dangerous is because he was a fast brainless fighter a quote I heard somewhere the most skilled swordsman doesn't fear the second best he fears the worst (basically means if your opponent doesn't care about safety or holding back a trained fighter isn't as effective)

They literally just announced a new one shot. There was a bunch of legal issues following Toriyama's passing, but theyve been sorted out as of recently. Toyotaro will be heading the franchise on his own. Also as for getting it animated, the show and manga are different continuities, and the manga actually came out after the show.if those arcs do get adapted, it's likely it will be much altered

I think your underestimating the RAW power of water luffy

I remember reading somewhere that luffy unintentionally used haki in many of his earlier fights during key moments and i think that idea mixed with a complacent warlord is a perfect combination to have them suddenly shocked and overwhelmed by luffy.
