Same procedure. But instead na lalagyan mo ng formula yung gantt chart, manually mo ieenter yung percentage. I’ll consider this idea in my succeeding tutorials 😊

Hello po sir. Hindi po ba bawal baguhin ang relationship kailangan muna ng approval ng client or consultant?

Hi. If yung reason kung mo babaguhin yung relationship is because yun talaga yung nangyari in actual, you just need to put that on record. Idocument mo yung naging changes based on what happened in actual. For activities naman na hindi pa nagsisimula, you need to inform the client why are you changing the relationship, and how it will affect the overall sched.

sir, tanong lng po..bakit if sa calendar na 8-hour workweek gamit ko as per sa pagkasunod ko din sa video mo..i.e., 5 days duration sa slab start date dec.01, finish date ay dec.16 pero 24 hour workweek xa, finish date is dec.07 magmatch sa video mo
