Such strange timing... I had an epiphany recently, around trusting myself. I realized I have never trusted that I can handle things, that I should rely on others because I am not capable. It's just me and me, and I didn't trust that I "had" me, that I had my own back, that I was safe with me, if that makes sense. I'm learning to now. Working on our relationships with ourselves is so important. Thanks for the video! ❤

I like the real comments like being tired and appreciating working from home. I also work myself all day long but don’t do as well in traditional office jobs as I do at home because I like to dig in and do the work with autonomy etc. If you can make that okay I guess I feel better about it too. When I would play out I would always try to think what would the crowd like to hear. My mentor told me, play what talks to you, it will show and people will come to hear it. He was soooo right!

I'm also in mid 30s. I think that's sound advice. No pun intended, but it's there at least! Also, you're so much better at juggling than I will ever be. I'm just not that coordinated 😅.

Please, if anyone feels like they have to hide a mental health thing, don’t. Unfortunately I think this is a common way to feel. I’ve had traits I’ve been masking my whole life and feeling bad about too. I think I know what it is now and I’m finally getting screened in October. My self diagnosis has already allowed me to give myself more grace.

I certainly have never heard of this before. That's a major bummer that it is affecting you as much as it is. If you are willing to share more about it and your personal struggles with it, I'm sure many of us would be willing to listen. You never know, it may help someone else just as much as it could help you by doing so. I wish you the best with whatever you decide.
