amazon was shrewd to keep all customer data to themselves - but they will pay for it in the long run. since others like tiktok will allow you to collect data- and actually build your business, and allowing brands to determine how much they will pay thier affiliates - tiktok is developing at lightspeed and i anticipate they will overtake amazon. i like shopify but i must admit, i really like the traffic and viral aspects of tiktok to sell.

Hey zach just a quick question, ik ur a bit biased towards agency cause that's what made you ur money. But for the past 2 years, I've been doing a bunch of stuff but never rly focused on one: - did a local smma(solar companies and dentists) - ran themepages - dropshipping - trading - other types of agency(growth operating, ecom) and out of everything Ive enjoyed DS the most cause I just don't like talking to ppl(its what I spent the most time on), and ik you kinda touched on this in the vid, but I'm kinda tryna do DS to test the brand. then once I have PMF, develop my own product similar to that so I sortve have a unique product with a MOAT. the thing is I don't have a ton of capital(3k), and I've been draining through it(used to have 6k).and idk if I should just focus on doing an agency at the beginning cause I see so many ppl succeed(but I feel that might be the grass is greener on the other side sortve thing - shiny object syndrome). So I'm just curious what do you think I should do? also if you do say start an agency. would you recommend it in the ecom niche like you've done. Cause Ik its pretty saturated rn(everyone's doing it, and I get a ton of cold emails somehow even on my dropshipping store) or should I go into a niche that's a bit more untapped. Like maybe life insurance or smt like that.

Notes: be creative try something new, great product instead of just focusing on income, focus on PMF, low profit margins with dropshipping is bad. Side Note: IMPO, I started with dropshipping to gain capital to then pour that capital into my main goal *building a good business*
