We have a ton of prickly pear on our s Texas ranch. I make jelly and goat milk soap with the tunas, but have never used the pads for soap. Thank you for such a great video! I’m going to try this very soon and will definitely subscribe to your channel. 😊

Do you only collect fresh blooms, or could they be a little on the old side.. where there are not as vibrant in color?

Hey 👋 Patrick! Hope you’re well I have been trying to make some sort of Apricot Scrub with my friends (we are based in the Himalayan Mountains of Pakistan 🇵🇰 and Apricot Trees are native to this area and their fruit a staple) Loved this video ❤ it is really helpful but just one question 🙋🏻♂️ Could you guide us a bit on how to prepare a base for this scrub? What you used? Or just general guidance on how to prepare a base Because we have found that the apricot kernel powder if applied only mixed in water or oil can be a little too hard on the skin causing a bit of temporary redness and burning sensation. I guess the base helps make it gentle enough for regular use. Hoping you can help us figure out this missing link

I am so happy you and many other soapers are donating to people in need. I am taking my left over soaps to Cuba and we are in communication with some offices over there to see if we can get an approval from the government. There is a huge need in my country as well Pat. We are very blessed over here and sometimes we don’t realize that. Thank you so much. Beautiful soap as always

Hi Patrick. Loving the idea of Ecosoap, what an awesome organisation it sounds. There is something similar over here but they collect left over soap in hotels to rebatch. You are looking wonderfully well just now and I hope you are fully recovered from your recent procedure. Big hugs and tickles to you all on the farm. X x x

love this idea of donating soap scraps to such an amazing cause. if i was a soap maker on a larger scale than i would donate for sure but i only make for myself as i need it. love how you graciously give the soap to this little boy you love for free...i would do the same. well done Patrick. take care and keep making soap and touching lives as only you can☺💜

Hello Mr. Patrick, we were there too, we saw you, but we didn't speak in person, 1 time attendees, for us. Otherwise thanks for sharing all about the Conference and the fact that we follow your story and through Whova app, how it unfolds. If you want you can speak about the speakers and over all quality of the conference too. I am willing to apply to be a speaker in the next one, speaking about the Skin in general from a scientific more level, as clinical skin expert in the field of Cosmetology, so Its nice to see this kind of gatherings of the people and doing soaps as their businesses, hobby or therapy even. Thanks for sharing your experience, cheers!

Hi Patrick. So good to have you back, I was starting to worry you were poorly again. I am nearly out of my stock of soap so excited to see new flavours coming through. I love the goat milk versions you make as I am not sure how I feel about tallow soap. Would you be interested in basil and lime or patchouli and lime scents for the summer? Missed you and so happy you had a good trip. Big hugs and tickles to the critters. X x x
