What are the benefits of changing Heart Sutra?

Can practicing Amitabha recitation somehow energize the body? I have been a vegetarian (no eggs) for 5 years and feel really annoyed about the lack of nutrition. It would be nice if you shared more about the vegan diet.

The addiction and attachment to this saha realm is very strong, many people can't even imagine a life with the desires and attachments of this realm. I'm so disgusted with this realm and all of the attachments and addictions in this realm. I'm looking forward to end of all that's associated with this realm. Within the dream as we perceive it there are separations and separate things but these things are not truly separate, as the Diamond Sutra says. I vow to rescue all beings, but in the end no beings will be rescued. In the same way there are beings which are to be rescued there are spiritual forces, deities, angels, ancestors and other named things including Amitabha Buddha. The use of card reading (cartomancy) is a wider field but tarot specifically was a product of the Golden Dawn, a group that used and reinterpreted Jewish Kabballah or received spiritual teachings about the nature of reality and the Jewish/Abrahmaic god. Tarot is therefore actually associated with the Abrahamic god and his emanations. Just as Wicca is actually an arm of this god. Sort of like a way for people who leave one of his religions to fall simply into another one of his hands. Christianity -> Islam -> Judiasm -> Wicca -> Mormonism they all share the same deity name. All of which are directed against Buddhism and enlightenment ultimately, as this deity is attempting to kill silence and destroy all other gods, deities, spirits or anything else and bring them subject to his power through many means. Therefor when a person asks tarot something, largely they're asking the Jewish god what his plan is for them. Just like we might ask Guanyin by throwing sticks at the temple. But this truth is hidden by the deity as much as possible as subterfuge and dishonesty are a basic part of Mara's modus operandi. In short, asking tarot specifically is asking a deity that is opposed to enlightenment and enlightened activities and it will give power over you to cause decisions and make life choices that go counter to dharma practice. Other forms of cartomancy, not necessarily. But as the dear teacher Jiawn says saying the name is much better, there's no reason to be attached to the world anyway.

You are doing good job by spreading the message of Dharma. May everyone follow the path of buddha and attain nirvana
